Terms & Conditions

Deposits: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party cake. The balance is due one week prior to date. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a wedding cake. The balance is due two weeks prior to date.

Payments: You can make your cake payments using our convenient PayPal payment method. Simply go to our Payments page and proceed to Paypal by clicking the Pay Now button to start the payment process. By using our PayPal payment method, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. You can make your payment using your existing or newly created PayPal account.


Click the blue link that says “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later” in the lower right corner. Once you complete the payment transaction you will receive confirmation of your payment via email.

Pick-up & Delivery: You are welcome to pick up your cake on Saturday from 9-11 am. Friday pickup is also available when scheduled in advance. All other pick up times are scheduled on an individual basis. Cakes that are delivered & setup will be charged a delivery fee of $25.00 plus $1.50 per mile from our location. All cakes are delivered by a professional decorator to ensure the best level of quality and professionalism.

Date Change: In the event that your celebration date is changed or canceled, your deposits will remain valid for one year after the original deposit date & can be used towards another cake order. We require one week cancellation notice on party cakes & one month cancellation notice on wedding cakes. Without proper notification, all payments will be forfeited.

Our Location: Sugar Buzz Cakes is located on my residential property in Tempe, AZ. This is a fully licensed facility with health code approval from the city, county & state departments.

Sugar Buzz Cakes reserves the artistic right to make any changes deemed necessary in decorating or presentation to preserve the best level of quality and professionalism.
